Do you work remotely?

Yes, our studio is based in Oakura, Taranaki New Zealand but we work with clients throughout New Zealand and offshore. We meet regularly with our clients over Zoom or Google Meet and stay in close communication via email.

What is your hourly rate?

Our standard hourly rate is NZD$70 per hour.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, payments are made in two parts. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your project booking. The 50% remainder is payed on completion of the project.
We can also spread the payment over four months (at no extra charge).

How far ahead do I need to book in advance?

We book our projects at least one month in advance. If you would like to work together please get in touch promptly to secure your spot.

What happens if I’m still not happy with my design after one round of refinements?

99% of the time clients do not require further requirements, however if you do, a second round of refinements will be charged at an hourly rate of NZD$70.

Do I need to have the content ready before you start my website?

Yes, we need all content before starting your website. This includes imagery, written copy, keywords, SEO descriptions, domain name and access to your account.
