FAQ’S

  • Payment consists of two components. Initially, a non-refundable deposit of 50% must be paid upfront to confirm your booking. The remaining 50% can be settled upon project completion.

  • We schedule all our projects months ahead of time. You will receive information about the start date, and the project is expected to run for 4-6 weeks.

  • We provide one concept. For the one concept method to work, both the designer and client need to understand the brand inside and out. Through a collaborative process the brand purpose, core values and target market are explored and defined. This strategy work sets the tone for the visual direction. The visual direction is presented as a mood-board. If the client is happy with this, the designer is given the thumbs up. This collaborative process provides everyone with clarity and reassurance, so when the initial concept is presented it’s spot on.

  • The Brand Identity package excludes: Font licensing (if required), physical printing, trademarking and raw files.
