A fresh new look for a North Taranaki farm

The breif

Peihana Farm grows a diverse range of organic food, runs collaborative homesteading workshops and supports local growers and makers in the region by organising weekly seasonal spray free food hampers to local families.Their goal is to establish a reputable farm shop, private hospitality experience and education hub which will attract customers on a global scale and empower growers to make a living from their skills. 

They came to us asking for a rebrand that would better reflect their unique offerings, brand purpose and core values.

Brand purpose - To nurture a conscious community of growers and makers, and inspire a collective, sustainable lifestyle.

Rationale

The Peihana Farm branding symbolises 'growing a conscious community' The brand mark speaks of manaakitanga, hosting and nurturing, this is represented by the bowl. Peihana is Te Reo for 'bowl'. It tells a story of homesteading and sustainability, this is represented by the plant inside the bowl (garden to table) It also symbolises community and collective growth, this is represented by leaves growing together at different stages.
